The KISS diet plans are simple. Both are Very Low-Calorie Diets VLCD with high protein intake. Therefore by reducing your carb intake and replacing it with protein puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis. Most importantly ketosis turns your body into a fat burning machine. So helping you lose weight quicker than on other diet plans.

What They Offer

- KISS So Simple Plan VLCD
Choose 5 very low-calorie diet nutritional sachets per day. It is essential to include a large green salad for lunch. Dinner can be a stir-fry, or you can roast the permitted vegetables. Drink 2 to 3 litres of water per day. Very low calorie diet.
- KISS Easy Plan VLCD Pick 3 very low-calorie diet nutritional sachets per day. So like the KISS So Simple plan you have a large green salad for lunch. Drink 2 to 3 litres of water throughout the day. You are allowed a light evening meal, consisting of no more than 400 calories. Most importantly include two protein choices per day. Besides having 5 vegetable choices per day is essential.
Salad – Vegetables
For both KISS diet plans the salad and vegetables are just as essential as our nutritional sachets. Because they give your body the fibre, it needs to keep your bowels moving.
BMI
We all have our reasons for losing weight, and none are more vital than for health reasons. For most adults, having a BMI – Body Mass Index – of 18.5 to 24.9 means, you are of a healthy weight. A person with a BMI of 25 to 29.9 is considered overweight and if they have a BMI over 30 are considered obese.
